  • Wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, WiFi, LoRa or others)
  • Full product lifecycle experience - from requirements through production
  • BEng/BSc in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Detail-oriented with genuine commitment to code quality and testing

Nice-to-have:

  • PCB design (Altium) or hardware design experience
  • Medical device or safety-critical systems background
  • Hands-on electronics - soldering, breadboarding, circuit design
  • Linux systems and embedded Linux development
  • Python or scripting for test automation
  • IoT ecosystems and sensor networks
  • MSc/MEng qualification
  • Published technical work or open-source contributions, You're an engineer who cares about quality. You've shipped products, led projects, and understand what makes robust embedded systems. You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and push for better processes. You communicate clearly - both with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. You're genuinely interested in embedded systems and want to work somewhere that values depth.

Benefits & conditions

  • Permanent, full-time position
