Job description

  • Develop visually compelling, accurate, reliable, and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Infor BIRST.
  • Write and optimise queries, enhance data models, and ensure data accuracy across ERP, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and other systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, manage reporting environments, and maintain version control.
  • Gather reporting requirements, provide technical guidance, and present data-driven insights to business users.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, data security protocols, and our internal policies.
  • Train end-users on BI tools and provide timely resolution to queries.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in BI reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data modelling and reporting tools, including SQL, MS Dataverse, Power BI, and Excel, with Infor BIRST desirable.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Infor M3 and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, IT security, and compliance standards.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Tiptree factory.

In this role, you will join a friendly and supportive team in a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, a Monday to Friday schedule, and benefits including an annual bonus subject to profitability, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health and wellbeing support, employee discounts, an employee-owned share incentive scheme, gym membership discounts, and company events.
