Technology & Software Architecture Lead

• We will work closely with the CTO to review the existing software and application landscape.
• We will lead the future design, rebuild, and modernisation of customer-facing technology solutions.
• We will assess existing solutions and identify what is working and what needs to change.
• We will define a modern technology architecture capable of supporting future growth.
• We may rebuild applications, improve integrations, consolidate systems, and introduce new technologies where they deliver genuine business value.
• We will provide strategic direction while remaining close enough to the technology to guide development teams and technical decisions.
• We will help shape the organisations next stage of technology transformation.
