Job description

  • We manage the IT support mailbox and respond to requests as they come in.
  • We provide desktop support and end-user support across Windows and Mac devices.
  • We administer Microsoft 365, including user and group creation and maintenance.
  • We support email troubleshooting across Mimecast and Exchange Online.
  • We ensure newly built laptops are connected to Intune.
  • We support remote offices around the world and be available on site when required.
  • We maintain on-premise Active Directory.
  • We support company applications and systems used across the business.
  • We manage starters and leavers, following the relevant processes and keeping records updated.
  • We maintain IT documentation and keep user guides up to date.
  • We maintain the distribution lists spreadsheet as groups are created or deleted.
  • We help keep the Microsoft 365 environment tidy and consistent.
  • We liaise with Engineering and other internal teams when support is needed.
  • We keep printer toner stocked and replace it as needed.
  • We order new licences as required, including Adobe and Microsoft 365.

  • Security, We are offering a 12-month fixed-term Email & App Support role based in Hemel Hempstead with a salary of £30k to £35k. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative IT support environment with crossover into engineering and support across the UK and international offices.

Requirements

  • We are looking for experience providing desktop support in a busy IT environment.
  • We need strong knowledge of Windows 11, 10 and 7 end-user support.
  • We require experience supporting Mac OS.
  • We need hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Entra and Intune.
  • We are looking for experience creating and maintaining users and groups in Microsoft 365.
  • We need someone comfortable supporting email issues through Mimecast and Exchange Online.
  • We require experience maintaining on-premise Active Directory.
  • We are looking for someone able to work physically in our office when needed and provide remote support to offices around the world.
  • We need strong organisational skills and the ability to keep documentation, inboxes and records tidy and up to date.
  • We are looking for someone who can gather information, escalate tickets appropriately and liaise with technical teams.
  • Experience supporting company applications and systems such as Deskbird, KnowBe4, Sophos, Synology, Microsoft Dynamics, Ubiquiti, Meraki and CodeTwo would be beneficial.
