• We will ask you to take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• We will rely on you to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications and integrations.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and business-critical issues.
• You will produce and maintain technical documentation and system designs.
• You will mentor and support a small team of three developers.
• You will contribute to project delivery within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or DevOps environments.

• We need experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, coding, testing, and deployment.
• We are looking for strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• We value excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience would be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Housing, Repairs, or Property Management systems is desirable.
• Experience in NEC or similarly complex operational environments is highly desirable.
