Job description
- Architect and build automated provisioning systems for global server and network architectures across bare-metal and public cloud environments, including AWS and GCP
- Evolve, maintain, and optimize the continuous delivery pipeline for server provisioning, network switch configuration, and core software updates
- Interact directly with hardware vendors, telecommunications providers, and external financial institutions to manage connectivity and optimize remote operations
- Share ownership of the stability, performance, and monitoring of the end-to-end production environment with our engineering team

Requirements
- Practical experience with software engineering and basic programming ability in a language of choice
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools, specifically Ansible
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or Network Engineer with a strong understanding of both disciplines
- A constructive, open-minded, self-motivated approach to technical problem-solving
- A commitment to lifelong learning and awareness of evolving technologies
- High professional autonomy with the ability to take initiative in a collaborative team environment
- Experience managing third-party relationships, negotiating with vendors, procuring hardware, and supporting remote workforce initiatives
- Familiarity with enterprise authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, Active Directory, and Kerberos is preferred
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft and Azure Active Directory is preferred
- Hands-on exposure to database high availability frameworks, including clustering and replication models such as PostgreSQL, is preferred

You will join a multi-disciplinary Site Reliability Engineering team that champions automation and shared responsibility across the production environment. This is a remote-first, full-time role working UK hours, with flexibility within the UK and Europe and a modern workspace in Moorgate, London. Compensation is £90K to £110K, with equity participation and a comprehensive benefits package. The interview process is structured across four stages, from an initial screening through to a final executive interview.
