Job description
- Develop our in-house software, Evolve, which is hosted in a cloud environment
- Collaborate closely with our internal development team and our partner organisations development team
- Improve the efficiency and capabilities of our business through Microsoft stack development
- Develop new products and features end to end using C#, .NET, Angular, Entity Framework, and Azure DevOps
- Build good working relationships with third-party suppliers or partners to maximise business outcomes
- Work across a wide range of technologies, including web, mobile apps, APIs, backend, and databases hosted within Azure
- Remove delivery impediments by aligning with the Product Owner and following policies and guidelines
- Provide technical guidance on Evolves design and ensure the systems UI/UX meets requirements
- Attend key industry events and forums to share learning

Requirements
- Strong experience developing with C#, .NET, Angular, Entity Framework, and Azure DevOps
- Experience working across web, mobile apps, APIs, backend systems, and databases
- Experience with cloud-hosted environments, particularly Azure
- Ability to work in an Agile manner and live Agile values, principles, and approaches
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams and third-party partners
- Ability to provide technical guidance on system design and UI/UX requirements
- Motivation to learn from exposure to insurers and other industries
- Relevant skills, experience, and qualifications aligned to the salary and role
