Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Technician who will provide day maintenance and support for Broadland Housings hardware and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves: To provide 2nd line IT support services. Act as a point of escalation for the 1st line IT support. Administration of Broadlands Office 365 account including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams. Work with the Senior IT Manager to ensure the business has the appropriate infrastructure in place to ensure the strategic objectives of Broadland can be met. Assisting the Senior IT Manager with maintaining, designing and troubleshooting Broadlands infrastructure. Monitoring network and endpoint utilisation and performance, reporting any issue issues to the Senior IT Manager. Installation, configuration, testing and monitoring of network equipment at new and existing locations. Maintains and configures Broadlands unified communications infrastructure. Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience providing 2nd line support and at least two years experience working in networking and telephony systems. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Hyper V, VoIP, Office 365, LAN/WAN security and have profound customer service skills. A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential as travel throughout Norfolk will be required.
