Training & Digital Solutions Officer

• Lead the management and continuous improvement of key digital learning systems, including LMS and CORE Talent
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate digital and blended learning solutions
• Support the delivery of online projects such as onboarding and performance management
• Analyse data and produce management reports that inform strategic learning initiatives
• Deliver engaging in-person training sessions tailored to organisational needs
• Ensure compliance with records management policies and support organisational transformation goals

• Minimum of two years' experience working with systems, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience managing external contract relationships
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and eLearning development tools
• Excellent communication and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to manage projects using methodologies like PRINCE2 and handle risks proactively
• Relevant HND/HNC qualification or equivalent; PRINCE2 accreditation is desirable
• Experience delivering formal training sessions and facilitation skills
