Job description
- Support and develop our internal IT environment across on-premises and cloud platforms.
- Work closely with the Head of IT Services on the day-to-day operation, development, and continual improvement of our IT infrastructure.
- Provide support to a globally dispersed user base across multiple business locations.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Hyper-V environments.
- Handle infrastructure support, cloud administration, system improvement, user support, and strategic IT projects.
- Support the full IT lifecycle from planning and implementation through to ongoing administration and support.
- Manage infrastructure upgrades and ongoing operational support.

Requirements
- Experience providing 1st to 3rd line support within a structured IT environment.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience administering Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Hyper-V environments.
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networking, and core Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
- Experience supporting Windows 11, desktop hardware, and enterprise IT environments.
- Ability to manage infrastructure upgrades, system improvements, and ongoing operational support.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
