Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

• Design and develop customisations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within the D365 environment
• Customise and extend D365 modules using X++, C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 applications
• Maintain documentation for customisations, configurations, and development processes

• Cloud, We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer for an initial 6-month contract based in Farnborough. This is a Monday to Friday role, 37 hours per week, operating inside IR35 and requiring BPSS security clearance. We offer an hourly rate of £38.25 via umbrella. You will join a team working closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions across the D365 ecosystem, including Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and the Power Platform. • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent
• Proven experience in D365 development, including Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, or both
• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and integrations
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of D365 data structures, workflows, and security models
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Desirable: experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse
• Desirable: knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Desirable: experience with third-party integration tools such as PLM tools, ETQ, and Arena
