Requirements

  • We are looking for a senior or lead DevOps or Platform Engineer with a platform-as-a-service mindset.
  • We need strong experience building and owning enterprise developer platforms, ideally supporting 100+ developers.
  • We want deep technical ownership of internal developer platforms for a large user base.
  • We require knowledge of cloud-native system design.
  • We need experience designing and supporting AWS landing zones.
  • We want observability stack exposure, including Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
  • We require infrastructure-as-code experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Red Hat technologies.
  • We need strong experience building and owning multiple Kubernetes clusters, including AKS and EKS.
  • We value database performance management experience with technologies such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • We require expertise in designing and maintaining enterprise CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing, security scanning, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment strategies.
  • We want proven leadership, mentorship, and the ability to inspire and coach through technical delivery excellence.
