• Design, build, and run cloud-native microservices in Go that power our real-time payments platform
• Build highly available, low-latency, and scalable systems that handle billions of payment requests with precision and resilience
• Take full ownership of services from initial design and implementation through deployment and production support
• Work with cost-efficiency, observability, and operational excellence as core principles
• Collaborate closely with other engineers in a flat, autonomous team structure

• Deep understanding of designing and building distributed systems
• Experience working on complex challenges in critical software where high performance and robustness are essential
