- Develop and implement strategies to enhance circular economy initiatives within the organisation.
- Conduct comprehensive scientific research to identify innovative sustainability solutions.
- Analyse complex data sets using Python and other analytical tools to inform decision-making processes.
- Utilise Geographic Information Systems (QGIS, ArcGIS) for spatial analysis related to resource management and environmental impact assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design sustainable product lifecycle models.
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD for infrastructure or product modifications aligned with sustainability goals.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to assess and improve existing systems for efficiency and eco-friendliness.
- Coordinate laboratory experiments and field studies related to horticulture, waste reduction, or resource recovery projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in sustainability science and circular economy practices, integrating new insights into organisational strategies.
