Job description

  • Take incoming support queries and log, triage, and resolve tickets where possible
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding
  • Keep customers updated and maintain a positive support experience
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at first line

  • Office 365, We are a well-established IT provider based in Maidstone, growing our support team and offering a structured, well-run helpdesk environment. We specialise in cloud technologies and operate our own data centre. This is a Monday to Friday role, 8:00 to 4:30, with a salary of £26-30k. You will work alongside experienced senior engineers and a manager who understands great support, with the opportunity to build your skills across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows, Linux, Mac OS, basic networking, Oracle Database, cyber security alerts, and public and private cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in 1st line support or a similar helpdesk role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence guiding users through fixes
  • Calm under pressure with a customer-focused approach
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn on the job
