Job description

  • Lead resolution of complex technical tickets across the SaaS platform
  • Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries
  • Debug across a range of programming languages
  • Lead critical incident response and post-incident reviews
  • Manage, coach, and develop 4-5 senior technical staff
  • Provide technical insight to Product and Engineering teams to help shape the product roadmap

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience acting as an escalation point for support teams

  • Some technical people leadership experience

About the company

We are a well-established SaaS provider going through an exciting phase of growth. We are hiring an Application Support Team Lead to support our 2nd and 3rd line support teams in a player-manager role, combining hands-on 3rd line support with team leadership and mentoring. This is a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes, offering up to £52k plus bonus.
