Job description
- Lead resolution of complex technical tickets across the SaaS platform
- Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries
- Debug across a range of programming languages
- Lead critical incident response and post-incident reviews
- Manage, coach, and develop 4-5 senior technical staff
- Provide technical insight to Product and Engineering teams to help shape the product roadmap

Requirements
- Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience acting as an escalation point for support teams
- Debugging experience, ideally with C#, or transferable object-oriented programming experience

We are hiring an Application Support Team Lead to support our 2nd and 3rd line support teams in a player-manager role, combining hands-on 3rd line support with team leadership and mentoring. This is a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes, offering up to £52k plus bonus.
