Job description

Publicis Production is seeking a Platform Integration Manager with hands-on experience to execute day-to-day integration tasks and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver high-quality integrations. Builds and configures integration workflows, maintains documentation, and supports testing in partnership with configuration engineering, delivery, and QA teams. Contributes to client-facing work through the client team without owning overall client relationship management., * Implement integration workflows using platform APIs and tools based on design specifications.

  • Coordinate data mapping and configuration tasks with configuration engineers.
  • Ensure integrations adhere to security, performance, and quality standards.

Project Coordination

  • Track project tasks, issues, and milestones; provide regular status updates.
  • Participate in design and code reviews; contribute to continuous improvement of integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Stakeholder Support

  • Maintain integration documentation and knowledge base.
  • Support requirements analysis and solution design in partnership with Product Success Directors.
  • Participate in internal client team meetings as a technical resource when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field., * 3+ years of experience in software integration or implementation.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, data transformation, and scripting., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
