Job description
As a Framework Manager within Ipsum Water England & Wales, you will lead the safe, profitable and efficient delivery of operational work programmes in line with company objectives. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will oversee framework performance, customer relationships, business improvement initiatives, resource planning and commercial delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards., * Lead HSQE performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, audits and ISO accreditations.
- Develop and implement Framework Business Plans aligned to wider business objectives.
- Manage operational resources, supply chain partners and project delivery programmes.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and risk management across the framework.
- Lead, develop and motivate teams, promoting accountability and succession planning.
- Ensure effective planning, programming and performance management across all projects.
- Manage commercial plans, financial forecasting and cost control activities.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, implementing improvement actions where required.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate value, performance and service excellence to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
We're looking for a commercially minded leader with strong utilities experience and a proven track record of delivering operational and financial performance., * Previous experience in a Framework Management role.
- A degree in Utilities Management or equivalent qualification.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- At least 5 years' experience within the Utilities industry.
- Experience leading change management and business improvement initiatives.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability.
- Experience building relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
- Strong planning, organisational and programme management skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Key skills include excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisation, leadership, problem-solving, flexibility and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
