Job description
- We develop our in-house software, Evolve, which is hosted in a cloud environment.
- We collaborate closely with our internal development team and our partner organisations development team.
- We improve the efficiency and capabilities of our business by developing Microsoft stack solutions in an Agile manner.
- We develop new products and features end to end using C#, .NET, Angular, Entity Framework, and Azure DevOps.
- We build good working relationships across relevant third-party suppliers or partners to maximise business outcomes.
- We work across web, mobile apps, API, backend, and databases hosted within Azure.
- We remove delivery impediments by aligning with the Product Owner and following policies and guidelines.
- We live agile values, principles, and approaches and act as a role model.
- We provide technical guidance on Evolves design and ensure the systems UI/UX meets requirements.
- We seek exposure to insurers and other industries, sharing learning and attending key industry events and forums.

Requirements
