Job description

We're looking for a sharp, dependable, customer-focused Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position with substantial remote work and occasional onsite visits throughout the Atlanta metro area when hands-on support is needed.

You'll be the first line of support-troubleshooting issues, helping users get back up and running, and making technology a little less frustrating!

What You'll Do

  • Provide remote IT support via phone, email, chat, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11 Pro and common software issues
  • Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Diagnose basic Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and networking issues
  • Install software and assist with system configurations
  • Occasionally provide onsite support for PCs, printers, peripherals, cabling, and office setups
  • Document solutions and help improve support processes

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Solid Windows and basic networking knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for occasional Atlanta-area visits

Big plus: Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, PowerShell, Python, Bash, or CompTIA certifications.
