- Maintain and update configurators, model logs, and data trackers to keep product information current
- Build working knowledge of Lexus models, components, packages, and options and maintain a master configurator in Excel
- Prepare 3D data use across the 3D pipeline including UVing meshes, creating and assigning materials, importing / exporting data, and altering meshes for modularity
- Partner with production, creative, product, and account teams-capturing notes, updating readiness boards, and sharing key updates and accurate data that informs CG asset needs
- Coordinate with internal leads and external vendors on data requests, deliveries, and secure handoffs
- Publish and maintain checklists to streamline workflows and improve team processes
- Act as an internal resource for vehicle product knowledge, supporting client-facing conversations when needed
Requirements
- 0-2 years in data operations, product data, or a related role
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills - you know your way around lookups and pivots
- Experience with DCC packages (like Autodesk Maya, Alias, 3DS Max) and material authoring tools (like Photoshop, Substance Designer, Mari, and Quixel)
- Comfort working with large, structured datasets
- Familiarity with naming conventions, version control basics, and tidy data habits
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized
- Clear, concise communication - especially in writing
- A respect for data security and ability to follow protocols
- Bonus if you have exposure to:
- Automotive product data and configurators
- Unreal / CG data prep and production pipelines
- Collaboration / tracking tools (like Confluence/Jira) and version control tools (like Perforce or Git)
