  • Provide execution-level guidance on ad tech and mar tech integration patterns, including identity resolution, clean room usage, data onboarding, and interoperability across platforms., * Remain hands-on with Python and SQL to develop, maintain, and support production data pipelines and automation scripts.

  • Support automation-first approaches to improve data reliability, reduce manual processes, and accelerate delivery.

  • Develop workflows that transform raw platform and audience data into reporting-ready datasets for analytics and client insights.

  • Participate in integrated testing across development, QA, and production environments.

Data Platform Operations, Quality & Governance

  • Support the end-to-end technical flow of data across platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

  • Monitor and manage data feed accuracy, match rates, audience distributions, and discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and vendors (without owning vendor contracts or budgets).

  • Identify and escalate data compliance and quality issues, including missing identifiers, misconfigured placements, and API gaps.

  • Adhere to governance standards for data connectivity, identity usage, and platform integrations.

Client Enablement, Delivery & Team Contribution

  • Own day-to-day client data and audience enablement relationships, including onboarding and platform execution.

  • Provide ongoing consultation on audience strategy, data onboarding, and optimization to ensure adoption and performance improvements.

  • Lead data targeting, audience activation, and optimization strategies across assigned accounts.

  • Accountable for junior and associate-level deliverables; provide guidance, quality review, and delivery oversight under Director/Associate Director direction.

  • Deliver work successfully within defined timelines in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

  • Make day-to-day delivery decisions while ensuring input and alignment for client business-related decisions with Associate Director and Director leadership.

Cross-Functional Partnership, Training & Communication

  • Act as a key liaison between Data Engineering, Activation, Programmatic, and Measurement teams.
  • Communicate technical concepts, platform capabilities, and data insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and present Audience & Data Identity 101 materials and ongoing performance readouts.
  • Attend vendor and platform training sessions (DSPs, CDPs, clean rooms, identity providers) and share insights on strengths, limitations, and best-fit use cases.
  • Contribute to business and technical documentation, client presentations, and audience performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data, ad tech, mar tech, or digital advertising roles within a client services environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL, including production data pipelines
  • Working knowledge of data warehouses, pipelines, and data modeling concepts

  • Strong understanding of data flow within ad tech / mar tech ecosystems
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized and detail oriented in fast paced environments

Preferred Experience

  • Advertising agency or marketing technology experience supporting multi market teams
  • Audience strategy, clean rooms, CDPs, and full funnel measurement exposure
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, orchestration tools, and version control
