Job description

Turner Dairy Farms, a family-owned company based in Pittsburgh, is looking for a motivated IT Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite, mid-level position that serves as the internal point of contact for all things IT - working hand-in-hand with our third-party managed service provider (MSP) to keep our technology running smoothly and our team supported., * Serve as the primary internal contact for IT support, triaging and escalating issues to our MSP as needed.

  • Provide day-to-day help desk support for end users - troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
  • Support and maintain network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Coordinate with our MSP and third-party vendors on escalated issues, projects, licensing, and renewals.
  • Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, warranties, and equipment lifecycle tracking.
  • Maintain clear IT documentation, procedures, and end-user training materials.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about documentation.
  • Experience with ERP systems, SQL Server, or manufacturing environments is a bonus but not required.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field preferred; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365) are a plus.
