IT Project Manager, Platform Conversion

Our Cumming, GA area technology client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise platform conversion supporting a high-profile banking initiative. This is a highly visible role responsible for driving complex implementations from planning through execution while partnering with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors, * Lead end-to-end enterprise platform conversion and implementation projects

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Manage testing, data validation, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide executive-level project status updates and communicate with key stakeholders
• Build strong client relationships and confidently lead customer-facing meetings
• Coordinate third-party vendors and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations or platform conversion
• Strong background managing complex projects in an Agile environment
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion
