Job description

  • Maintain all client documentation in the EHR and write progress notes adhering to requirements set by the Texas Administrative Code
  • Enter data in a clear, accurate, and timely manner. Completion of daily session notes within 24 hours after session
  • Meets face-to-face with clients in their own home, school and community for the provision of all services
  • Reassesses the needs of the child every 60 days and family with the team and modifies the service plan to reflect the progress or lack of progress.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
  • Implement treatment plans and interventions
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA requirements

Requirements

We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical settings and possess a strong background in behavioral health., Must have at least a Bachelors in Human Service or Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Early childhood education, special education or related field., * CANS/ANSA Certification

  • Ability to pass drug test and background check
  • At least 1 year prior experience working in the behavioral health field or closely related field
  • Must have reliable transportation, proof of valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
  • Must have access to computer and internet
  • Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently with minimal daily oversight
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and EHR software
  • Ability to work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally competent perspective
  • Willing to travel to Clients to provide service in the School, Home, and in the Community
