Job description
- Design, build, and maintain critical components of our software suite using SharePoint Foundation.
- Work directly with COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) software to perform back-end coding and front-end configurations.
- Translate business needs into real-world software designs-from prototyping and testing to final deployment.
- Build out and automate custom workflows to streamline team operations.
- Partner and consult with key stakeholders daily to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring:
- SharePoint Expert: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying web-based SharePoint applications.
- SharePoint Designer: 5+ years of deep experience programming with SharePoint Designer.
- The Developer Toolkit: Solid experience with SharePoint Foundation-based workflows, along with custom development. Any experience with .NET coding (C#, VB.Net) is highly desired!
- Systems Familiarity: Prior experience or familiarity with Lanteria HR Software is a major plus.
- Certified Pro: Must hold a current Microsoft SharePoint Development Certification (to be submitted with your application).
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
