Description We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide dependable technical assistance for end users in California. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and account access issues while delivering a strong support experience. The role focuses on maintaining smooth desktop operations, responding to service requests efficiently, and helping employees stay productive in a Microsoft-based environment., * Provide front-line technical support for desktop, laptop, and Windows-related issues submitted by end users.

Investigate and resolve service desk requests involving system access, software functionality, and general workstation performance.

Manage user account support tasks within Active Directory, including access updates and basic account administration.

Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10 problems by identifying root causes and applying practical fixes or escalation when needed.

Document incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions clearly within the ticketing system to maintain accurate support records.

Assist with setup, configuration, and ongoing support of end-user devices to ensure reliable daily operation.

Communicate with employees in a detail-oriented manner to gather issue details, provide status updates, and confirm successful resolution. Requirements * Experience providing help desk or desktop support in an IT environment.
