Requirements
- Tech support (remote and on-site) preferably in a healthcare setting, implementation, integration and application (client-server and web-based) support experience.
- Good understanding of network, security and database management principles (SQL, mySQL, etc..),
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, customer service, analytical and troubleshooting skills, positive attitude, ability to handles stress, work under pressure and without being micromanaged
- A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA, ITIL certifications preferred
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, bash, etc...)
