Senior IT Internal Auditor

Responsible for the planning and performance of internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Develops annual audit plan and reports findings and recommendations., * Assists Management in establishing and maintaining an internal control structure and procedure for financial reporting to meet the requirements of section 404 (c) of Sarbanes-Oxley.

• Plans and performs internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Identifies and assesses business risks to evaluate and improve business processes and internal controls.
• Performs financial and operational audits by reviewing audit evidence, internal controls and application of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Prepares and communicates audit findings and recommendations according to the audit plan.
• Develops the annual audit plan and presents findings.
• Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

• Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of six years of auditing work experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work at all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, and workunder strict time constraints.
