Job description

As the Head of Marketing, you will:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer retention.
  2. Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and PR.
  3. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  5. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and ROI is maximized.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team, encouraging creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the enterprise/SaaS and must have a b2b marketing playbook with significant digital marketing experience.
  2. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for SaaS and Cybersecurity products.
  3. Strong knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) principles and practices.
  4. Experience in creating and implementing a marketing playbook.
  5. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced marketing certification would be a plus.
