Job description

job summary: Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated IT-Assoc Tech Support Analyst (MDT, SCCM) to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

location: Owensboro, Kentucky job type: Contract salary: $15 - 20 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates

responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

Image and configure PCs and laptops using standardized deployment tools (e.g., MDT, SCCM).

Install required software and ensure systems meet organizational standards.

Deploy hardware to end users, including setup and basic orientation.

Maintain accurate records of deployed equipment, including asset tags and serial numbers.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues during deployment.

Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure smooth transitions.

Assist with inventory tracking and hardware lifecycle documentation.

Provide feedback on deployment processes and suggest improvements.
