Job description
This analyst will partner closely with business leaders to support Workplace Solutions client retention and service recovery efforts by analyzing client behavior, identifying risk signals, and uncovering drivers of attrition. The role focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights, monitoring client sentiment and service issues, and helping prioritize interventions that improve client experience and retention outcomes. The analyst will also build and maintain reporting assets, contribute to risk models, and play a key role in driving data-informed decisions across service and retention initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Engages with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions and goals. Brings structure to business requests, translates requirements into an analytical project approach, and leads projects through completion. Delegates tasks and provides tactical and strategic guidance to peers.
- Acquires and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy and reasonableness.
- Performs analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validates analytical techniques employed by other analysts.
- Prepares and delivers visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement.
- Develops, owns and manages recurring analytic or reporting processes.
- Mentors, coaches, trains, and develops junior data analysts. Proactively expands knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members. Shares and documents best practices.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling or business intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or a Bachelor's in Statistics/Mathematics or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction and performance optimization.
- Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation, automation and advanced analytics.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker to create interactive reports.
