Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master II, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding agile teams to success in a fully remote environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with data services teams, driving improvements in operational predictability and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Guide and coach existing Scrum teams to enhance predictability and commitment.
  • Manage unplanned work within Sprint timeboxes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Optimize workflow visibility and reporting using Jira Software and Jira Align.
  • Drive measurable improvements in flow efficiency and operational predictability.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT operations, infrastructure, or data environments.
  • Proven experience in coaching teams to improve maturity, flow stability, and delivery predictability.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring and managing workflows in Jira Software.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data services and implementing Kanban systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Understanding of SAFe/Scrum metrics and operational metrics like lead time and cycle time.
  • Experience aligning team reporting to enterprise portfolio structures.
  • Relevant agile certifications such as CSM, CSP, or ICA-ACC.
