Job description
Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Application Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team. This entry-level position is responsible for providing operational support across a range of enterprise systems used in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial operations. The analyst will work closely with technical and business teams to resolve issues, support daily operations, and contribute to new system enhancements and integration initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking broad exposure to enterprise IT systems in a global organization., * Monitor and support day-to-day operations of enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows
- Investigate and resolve system or data issues in coordination with internal teams and external partners
- Perform configuration updates, system checks, and user-requested changes under supervision
- Assist with onboarding new partners, users, or data feeds into enterprise applications
- Support testing and validation activities for system enhancements and project deployments
- Document standard operating procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guidance
- Maintain awareness of system dependencies such as certificates, file transfers, and scheduled jobs
- Collaborate with IT peers and business users across multiple regions to ensure seamless application support
- Adhere to internal controls, data governance policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 0 3 years of experience in an IT analyst, application support, or technical operations role
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with data structures such as XML, JSON, and relational databases
- Basic understanding of enterprise system workflows, data processing, or integration concepts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, hybrid team environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
