Job description
OSG is seeking an Assessment Data Manager to manage the Higher Headquarters Assessment (HHA) data repository, administer SharePoint and collaboration portals, and oversee the Corrective Action Program (CAP) database and workflow. This role ensures the integrity, security, and quality of assessment data, develops executive dashboards and performance metrics, and supports enterprise trend analysis and knowledge management in coordination with Government information management personnel., * Manage the Higher Headquarters Assessment data repository.
- Administer SharePoint and collaboration portals.
- Manage Corrective Action Program (CAP) databases and workflow.
- Maintain assessment records, historical data, and configuration control.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and quality.
- Support enterprise trend analysis and knowledge management.
- Coordinate with Government information management personnel.
Requirements
Ability to work remotely: Yes, with periodic on-site presence for program reviews and coordination, * Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Emergency Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years supporting DoD or Federal information management, assessment programs, or enterprise data management.
- Experience administering SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration environments, or similar knowledge management platforms.
- Experience managing assessment repositories, configuration management, document control, and corrective action databases.
- Experience developing executive dashboards and enterprise performance reporting.
- Required Certifications: Active Secret Security Clearance; DoD Cyber Awareness Training; OPSEC Level I.
- Clearance Level Required: Active Secret
- Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft SharePoint Administrator; Microsoft Power BI; ITIL Foundation; Knowledge Management certification.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Work is primarily performed in a standard office environment with occasional travel to installations and program events. Ability to sit for extended periods and use standard office equipment (computer, phone, etc.).
