Job description

Insight Global is looking for a Level 3 Systems Engineer. This role involves supporting two main areas of Systems Engineering: System Architecture/Design and Integration and Test (I&T). The position ensures the technical success of the product by overseeing all aspects of the full systems life cycle development process, known as the "big V." Key responsibilities include leading the development of technical documentation such as architectural drawings, design specifications, implementation instructions, test procedures, and reports.Additionally, the role assists in various engineering system development tasks, including requirements analysis, system architecture and design, preliminary and critical design, system integration, formal verification and validation, and fielding support. It also involves performing requirements analysis using tools like DOORS, UML, and SysML, contributing to milestone completion and gate reviews, assisting in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analyses for total systems, and maintaining standards compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics. At least 4 years of relevant experience. Experience with system integration and testing. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio). Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficiency in DOORS. Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience. AGILE development experience.
