Job description
Insight Global is seeking an SAP Supply Chain, Planning & Manufacturing Analyst to join Parker Hannifin's SAP Center of Excellence (COE). This individual will support SAP S/4HANA implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing functional areas. Responsibilities include supporting SAP projects through configuration support, testing, cutover activities, data readiness, issue resolution, and post-go-live hypercare. This person will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify process improvements, support end users, and drive adoption of SAP best practices across manufacturing and planning operations. The Analyst will help coordinate testing efforts, perform issue analysis and troubleshooting, support ticket management, assist with data conversion and cleansing activities, and provide user training and documentation. They will also participate in small-to-medium-sized initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve, standardize, and simplify business processes. This role is roughly 90-100K with bonus
Requirements
- 2+ years of SAP experience supporting Supply Chain, Planning, or Manufacturing processes
- Experience supporting SAP implementation projects, deployments, or post-go-live environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and production planning business processes
- Experience performing system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Experience supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving SAP tickets
- Experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders to improve processes
- Experience with data cleansing, data conversion, data validation, and testing activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with SAP PP/DS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling)
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- Demand Planning experience
- Prior project leadership or project management experience
- ITIL, Project Management, or SAP certifications
- Experience creating user documentation and training materials
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience working in global or multi-site SAP environments
