Job description
Nexeo Staffing is looking for reliable, detail-oriented IT Asset Processing & Quality Control Associates to join a fast-paced, high-security electronics warehouse in Henderson, NV.
In this role, you'll work with computers, laptops, phones, servers, and other electronic equipment while helping ensure quality standards and data security requirements are met. Associates are cross-trained in multiple departments, providing opportunities to learn different areas of the operation while supporting warehouse productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Inspect and review IT assets including computers, laptops, phones, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
- Verify serial numbers, make, model, and physical condition of equipment.
- Grade laptops and electronics prior to refurbishment.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure accurate processing and shipment of assets.
- Verify proper data destruction through approved wiping and removal procedures.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking records.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and processing incoming assets.
- Disassemble electronic equipment and remove hard drives and recyclable components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members across multiple departments.
- Support compliance and quality standards throughout the facility.
