Requirements

A growing organization in the staffing and workforce solutions space is looking for a full-time Business Applications Manager in Oak Brook, IL with a hybrid schedule. This role will focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, CRM optimization, and AI-powered workflow automation across front-office systems. You will play a critical role in modernizing technology and aligning systems with business goals.

This is an opportunity to own the vision and execution of CRM strategy while helping an organization elevate how it uses AI and automation to drive results. The company is looking for someone who can think strategically, influence stakeholders, and build scalable solutions that improve sales and recruiting performance. You will gain exposure to executive leadership, lead impactful initiatives, and shape how AI is integrated into everyday business processes. Required Skills & Experience · 7+ years working with Salesforce environments

· Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM strategy

· Hands-on experience with automation tools such as flows and workflows

· Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

· Experience working with sales or recruiting teams to improve processes

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Experience leading cross-functional projects Desired Skills & Experience · Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM platforms

· Exposure to AI tools within Salesforce such as Agentforce or Einstein

· Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or similar)

· Experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales-driven organizations

· Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics platforms
