Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Consultant to lead global IT equipment procurement, inventory management, and lifecycle operations across enterprise platforms. Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Procure IT equipment globally and maintain comprehensive inventory systems with loss prevention controls
  • Support ServiceNow ITAM implementation and ensure accuracy of global inventory data in coordination with distributed local leads
  • Forecast IT equipment needs, maintain database records, and deliver regular inventory status reports to leadership
  • Manage provisioning and device lifecycle across Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Samsung Knox platforms
  • Coordinate IT equipment requirements for major initiatives including device refreshes, office expansions, and office relocations
  • Oversee hardware disposition processes including data wiping, destruction, and donation programs; manage RMAs, warranties, and lost hardware escalations
  • Establish and maintain global standards to ensure all locations use approved, supported, and secure equipment
  • Maintain warehouse inventory and stock levels at the Seattle office location

Requirements

  • 8 10 years of IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow ITAM platform implementation and administration
  • Hands-on proficiency with mobile device management platforms: Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Samsung Knox
  • Strong knowledge of software and hardware lifecycle management and asset security protocols
  • Proven experience with inventory management, procurement, and loss prevention processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to collaborate across global teams and present data-driven insights
