In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the HR department by maintaining employee information, assisting with payroll and personnel changes, responding to employee questions, and helping ensure HR processes run smoothly. You'll work closely with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and other members of the HR team while learning a variety of HR functions., * Provide friendly and timely support by answering employee questions and directing requests to the appropriate HR team member when needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records.
- Assist with processing employee changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, pay changes, leaves of absence, and terminations in the HR system.
- Review payroll information for accuracy and work with the Payroll team to resolve discrepancies before payroll is processed.
- Update and maintain employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring required documentation is completed.
- Help prepare employment verifications, HR documents, and routine reports.
- Monitor the HR inbox and respond to employee requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support annual HR activities such as performance reviews, open enrollment, and year-end processes.
- Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
- Support the HR team with other duties as assigned.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with an HRIS or payroll system is helpful; ADP Vantage experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
