Job description
The Enterprise Applications Analyst - CSD serves as the primary technical owner within the Enterprise Applications team. This is a senior hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) and its connected platforms, while simultaneously managing the execution of key technology projects across the organization.
Reporting to the Enterprise Business Applications Manager - Infor CSD, who in turn reports to the IT Director, the Administrator translates strategic direction into operational results. The role owns critical functional areas including ERP administration, accounting systems support, API security, integration monitoring, and monthly system operations, and serves as the escalation point for issues raised by the Enterprise Applications Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional support resource for Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) across order entry, purchasing, inventory, pricing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Configure and maintain Infor CSD setup records including product, customer, vendor, pricing matrices, warehouse parameters, and user security roles.

Investigate and resolve transaction errors, integration failures, and data discrepancies across connected systems.

Participate in Infor CSD patching, upgrade cycles, and regression testing; validate that integrations and customizations continue to function after changes.

Translate business requirements into system configuration changes and recommend process improvements.

Serve as the primary IT liaison to the Accounting department, providing application support and bridging gaps between finance needs and system capabilities.

Serve as project manager and primary technical lead for active enterprise application initiatives including automation projects, system go-lives, and platform upgrades.

Coordinate cross-departmental project activity, track deliverables, manage timelines, and report status to the Enterprise Business Applications Manager.

Lead testing cycles for system updates, new go-lives, and integration changes, ensuring business continuity throughout.

Own API security administration for the enterprise application environment, including access management, credential management, and monitoring of API-connected systems.

Monitor middleware and integration activity, identifying and resolving failures or anomalies in data flows between systems; maintain documentation of all active integrations, API connections, and middleware configurations.

Manage data refreshes in TST (test) and TRN (training) environments on a regular cycle to support testing and training activities.

Coordinate and oversee monthly regression testing cycles, ensuring all team members complete assigned test scripts and that issues are documented and resolved.

Monitor user license utilization across enterprise platforms and report usage trends and recommendations to the Enterprise Business Applications Manager.

Administer connected platforms such as Avalara tax software (AvaTax and CertCapture), managing company and jurisdiction settings, tax codes, and exemption certificates, and reconciling results against Infor CSD transactions.

Provide guidance to the Enterprise Applications Support Specialist on escalated issues requiring deeper system knowledge, and participate in cross-training efforts to reduce single points of failure.

Document project outcomes, configuration changes, and lessons learned for future reference.

Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
-
4+ years of hands-on ERP application support or administration experience, preferably in a distribution environment.

Strong functional knowledge of distribution ERP processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and pricing.

Demonstrated experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise ERP systems.

Experience managing or coordinating technology projects from inception through go-live.

Understanding of API concepts, middleware platforms, and system integration fundamentals.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across operational support and project work simultaneously.
