Job description

We are seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Technician to support a large, established organization during a busy season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with help desk experience who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, assisting end users, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment., * Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and user account issues

  • Receive, document, prioritize, and triage incoming support tickets
  • Resolve common issues such as password resets, account access requests, and basic application support
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams
  • Accurately document troubleshooting steps and ticket resolutions
  • Assist end users over the phone by diagnosing issues and guiding them through solutions
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while managing a high volume of support requests
  • Support Microsoft Office and other business applications

Requirements

Recent graduates with strong technical aptitude and customer service skills are encouraged to apply. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly preferred., * Previous experience working in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or ticket-driven support environment

  • Experience triaging and managing support tickets
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues over the phone by asking effective troubleshooting questions
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as HEAT, Remedy, or similar platforms
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience supporting Microsoft environments
  • Technical support experience within large or complex organizations
