We are looking for highly motivated engineers working in the advertising space who are excited to join us on this journey.
Skills & experience we're seeking:
- Professional experience and interest in revenue advertising solutions, preferably on the sell-side or platform side.
- Understand the modern ad technology ecosystem with a focus on fintech.
- Experience with privacy, compliance, and governance in the advertising space.
- 3+ years of hands-on, software engineering experience in building business-critical, reliable, and distributed systems.
- Background in building financial or payment solutions. Experience in leveraging ML is a plus.
- Proven expertise in developing workflows for revenue recognition, invoicing, and report exchanges with DSPs, with a strong ability to manage financial transactions and revenue tracking in the advertising domain.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles for finance data, with experience in building robust, scalable, and secure systems for handling financial data, processing transactions, and generating accurate bills.
- In-depth knowledge of finance compliance, including audit and SOX requirements, ensuring accurate billing and strict adherence to regulatory standards.
- Broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
- Developed many cloud-based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages (preferably object-oriented),
- Familiar with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with legal compliance and changing landscape of ads regulations around the world.
- Experience working in the CTV space and knowledge of it's unique constraints
Benefits & conditions
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $388,000.00 - $558,000.00.
