You will handle 8,000 vendor accounts, ensuring that each account has the correct documents, such as W-9 forms and updated contact information. This is a contract role expected to last until November, with a typical day involving frequent phone calls to vendors to request and complete documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the vendor network database by completing vendor add and change requests.
- Build and maintain B2B relationships through telephone contact.
- Track and manage all documentation involved in completing requests and projects.
- Provide cycle time results, request volume, and project summaries.
- Follow-up regularly and promptly on all issues until resolution.
- Provide accurate and detailed progress reporting on completed requests and projects.

Requirements
- High School Degree required.
- 1-3 years' experience working in an office environment.
- Intermediate experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in clerical work, order entry, data management, and administrative support.

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $22.83/hr.
