Job description
We are seeking a Technical IAM Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects across the enterprise. This role will oversee project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and release management for IAM solutions that support security, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role must build trusted relationships with the team and with their stakeholders to ensure that the needs of all team members are met., * Manage multiple concurrent IAM projects, including identity lifecycle automation, access governance, privileged access management, and authentication enhancements.
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, release management, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security standards, timelines, and success criteria.
- Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes.
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communications, change management, training, and implementation documentation.
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams, facilitating ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, demonstrations, release planning, and team working agreements.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement, using metrics and feedback to optimize team performance, engagement, and delivery effectiveness.
- Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, influence stakeholders and leadership, and foster a collaborative environment that enables teams to achieve delivery commitments.
- Provide visibility into team progress through dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics to support roadmap planning, transparency, and informed decision-making.
- Guide teams in prioritization, sequencing, commitment management, and backlog readiness to ensure successful delivery of business value.
- Act as a trusted advisor and Agile subject matter expert, mentoring team members, building cross-functional relationships, and driving organizational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in IAM or cybersecurity-related initiatives.
- 2+ years of IAM principles including SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and identity lifecycle.
- 2+ years with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Forgerock, CyberArk, Azure AD, or similar.
- 2+ years managing release cycles in enterprise environments, including coordination across dev, QA, and production teams.
