Job description

The TQL Technology Change Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational transformation initiatives across TQL. This role will successfully implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure sustained proficiency in new systems, technologies, and processes. Additionally, this role will partner with key stakeholders and project teams to champion a comprehensive understanding of changes, fostering a community of well-informed users and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and informed transition.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop, execute, and distribute communications related to project changes, system upgrades, and organizational updates
  • Design and implement communication plans to support transformation initiatives
  • Maintain and update TQL Technology change management resources, including SharePoint sites and related documentation
  • Collaborate with TQL Technology project teams and the Program Management Office to communicate changes and impacts to end users
  • Engage regularly with key stakeholders and leadership to stay informed on changes and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Support leadership in developing and executing change strategies to promote change readiness and adoption
  • Act as a coach for leadership and executives, helping them fulfill their roles as change sponsors
  • Conduct change readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and impact analyses for change initiatives
  • Monitor and report on adoption progress, resistance management, and success metrics post-implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business or related field preferred
  • Change Management certification(s) preferred
  • Three years of supporting TQL Technology systems, tools, or transformation projects experience preferred
  • Experience managing the people side of change using change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience with organizational change efforts involving leaders, roles, responsibilities and mindsets
  • Some program/project management skills; able to create and manage program artifacts with accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent active listening and written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to strategize and develop innovative, compelling messaging for diverse audiences and the ability to facilitate discussions with large groups and leadership
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and functional areas
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure, considering multiple variables and potential outcomes
  • Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders to be effective sponsors
  • Self-starter who can consistently manage up, is well organized, can effectively execute on time with minimal guidance, and deliver quality change management artifacts
  • Displays a clear growth mindset that enables you to adapt and grow
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communicating complex TQL Technology concepts clearly and comprehensively
  • Demonstrates proficiency with AI-enabled tools, including effective prompt development, critical evaluation of outputs and sound judgement to ensure accuracy, relevance and alignment with business objectives
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Word
  • Experience working cross-functionally to achieve desired results
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt rapidly to new developments and changing priorities
