Job description

This is a versatile role in process assessment, application deployment, development, and Endpoint Management for over 19,000 endpoints (including Windows, Mac, and Mobile Devices). Under the supervision of the Endpoint Systems Manager, the Endpoint Administrator II will participate in troubleshooting and operating the enterprise's Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune environments, as well as application packaging and deployment, OSD development and deployment, and GPO maintenance for endpoints and applications. Candidates must be able to work effectively with a team while completing multiple concurrent, complex tasks with minimal or no supervision. This role requires excellent communication skills, both with team members and with business contacts at various levels.

This position will be based on-site 5 days a week

What You Will Do

  • Design/Maintain Modern Device Management Policies
  • Design/Maintain GPO Configurations
  • Design/Maintain Login Scripts
  • Design/Maintain Operating System Deployment Configurations via Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune via Autopilot
  • Develop and Distribute Complex Application Packages via Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune via the PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit framework
  • Facilitate and participate in Change Management Process
  • Troubleshot Software and Hardware Problems with Standard Configurations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer information systems, plus a minimum of 5 years of IT-related experience, or an Associate degree with 8 years of IT-related experience
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Configuration Manager experience required (Software Packaging/Deployment, Reporting, Configuration, Endpoint Management)
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Intune experience required (Software Packaging/Deployment, Reporting, Configuration, Endpoint Management)
  • 3+ years of Operating System Deployment via Microsoft Configuration Manager
  • 2+ years of Operating System Provisioning via Microsoft Intune
  • 2+ years of GPO Development and Maintenance
  • Window Patch Management via Microsoft Configuration Manager, WSUS, PatchMyPC
  • Tier 2/3 support experience in an Enterprise Desktop Environment
  • 2+ years of Direct & Indirect team Training, Coaching, and Leading
  • Excellent troubleshooting and solution development skills
  • Comfortable working within a change and release management system
  • Professional with a "Customer Service" attitude
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional
  • ITILv3/4 Foundations Certification a plus

Benefits & conditions

**if this position is located in Oakland, CA, the base salary is estimated between $105k-$115k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.

**if this position is located in Los Angeles, CA the base salary is estimated between $95k-$105k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.

**if this position is located in Dallas, TX the base salary is estimated between $85k-$95k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
