Job description

You'll play a critical role in modernizing and optimizing the technology that supports every employee throughout their career at InterDent. You'll have the opportunity to:

What You'll Do HRIS Administration & System Optimization

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for UKG and related HR technology platforms
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS modules, workflows, security, and business processes
  • Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and separations
  • Ensure system functionality aligns with evolving business and compliance requirements
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with vendors to resolve complex technical challenges
  • Maintain system documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, secure, and reliable employee data across all HR systems
  • Perform routine audits to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics that support executive decision-making
  • Deliver insights related to workforce trends, turnover, staffing, compliance, and organizational planning
  • Support regulatory reporting requirements including EEO, FLSA, ACA, and other employment-related compliance initiatives

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to streamline workflows across onboarding, benefits, performance management, employee self-service, and other HR functions
  • Participate in HR technology implementations, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements
  • Evaluate new system functionality and recommend improvements that enhance both the employee and manager experience

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted HR technology advisor for internal stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and end users
  • Support provider (Doctor) onboarding workflows and approval processes while ensuring data security and compliance
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors on system integrations and data interfaces
  • Provide backup support for HR Operations and HRIS administration as needed, At InterDent, technology isn't just about maintaining systems-it's about creating better experiences for our employees, providers, and patients. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Three or more years of HRIS administration experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms such as UKG (strongly preferred), Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems
  • Experience working within multi-site or healthcare organizations preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, lookups, and data imports/exports
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, and system testing
  • Familiarity with system integrations and data management best practices
