  • Develop and enhance SAP applications using ABAP, Fiori, UI5, OData, RAP, CAP, and modern SAP development frameworks.
  • Manage SAP system upgrades, releases, environment synchronization, transport management, and technical support activities.
  • Lead code reviews, establish development standards, and ensure high-quality, maintainable SAP solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues through root cause analysis while improving system performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Basis, and Cloud teams to support enterprise SAP operations.
  • Manage technical delivery for custom development, integrations, data migration, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor offshore development teams and ensure successful project execution while maintaining SAP best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of SAP technical development experience supporting enterprise SAP environments.
  • Expert-level experience with SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Fiori, UI5, and SAP Cloud Integration.
  • Extensive experience developing RICEFW objects, custom enhancements, interfaces, workflows, reports, and forms.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, Clean Core principles, cloud technologies, and enterprise integration strategies.
  • Experience integrating SAP with enterprise applications using SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Salesforce, APIs, and web services.
  • Hands-on experience with Eclipse, Business Application Studio (BAS), Web IDE, RAP, CAP, CDS Views, and OData services.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise SAP projects while managing multiple priorities and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business audiences.

What Will Make You Successful

  • SAP Certifications in ABAP Development, SAP S/4HANA Development, or SAP Integration Suite.
  • Experience with SAP Idoc/EDI integrations and common EDI transaction sets.
  • Knowledge of Vistex, Esker, OpenText, Vertex, ProcessWeaver, or similar SAP ecosystem solutions.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven solutions, intelligent automation, and emerging SAP technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring offshore development teams and driving technical excellence.
